Cannelés are French pastries that are very tasty.

- 2 cups milk
- 2 yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- Vanilla extract
- 2/3 cups flour
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
The First Day
Boil the milk and the butter.
Whisk the flour, the sugar, the eggs, and the vanilla extract.
Add the milk and butter mixture into the flour, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract mixture.
Place in the fridge for 24-48 hours
The Second Day
Remove from the fridge one hour before baking.
Preheat the oven at 520º F.
Pour the mixture into molds, at about 3/4 of the height.
Bake for 5 minutes at 520º F, then bake for 45 minutes at 350º F.
Remove the cannelés from the molds while they are still hot.
