- 4 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- vanilla extract
Preheat the oven at 350ºF.
Heat the milk in a large saucepan until bubbles form.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.
Once the milk is hot, pour it into the eggs while mixing.
Once combined, pour the mixture in a dish.
Place the dish in a large roasting pan filled with water.
Bake for 45 minutes.
