Instructions
Preheat oven at 400ยบ Fahrenheit.
Roll out the puff pastry in a tart pan.
Melt the chocolate with one tablespoon of heavy cream.
Spread the chocolate on the crust.
Drain the pears and arrange them in a fancy manner over the chocolate.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, the eggs, the almond powder, and the rest of the heavy cream.
Pour the mixture on the tart from the center.
Bake for 25 minutes.
