Melt the butter.
Sift together the flour, baking powder and sugar.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add the melted butter and mix.
Add the milk, little by little, while mixing.
Let aside in the fridge for 1 hour (or overnight).
Heat a lightly oiled griddle pan over medium heat.
Scoop the batter onto the pan.
Cook until it is brown on both sides.
