- Griddle pan
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 oz milk
Instructions
- Melt the butter.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder and sugar.
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Add the melted butter and mix.
- Add the milk, little by little, while mixing.
- Let aside in the fridge for 1 hour (or overnight).
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle pan over medium heat.
- Scoop the batter onto the pan.
- Cook until it is brown on both sides.
