Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 eggs
  • vanilla extract
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes.
  • Add the flour and the salt in another bowl, then pour the egg mixture in and stir.
  • Add the melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir.
  • Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven at 460ºF.
  • Grease the madeleines molds.
  • Add the baking powder into the cold mixture and stir.
  • Fill in the madeleines molds at 3/4th of the heights.
  • Bake for 7 minutes.
