Madeleines

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- vanilla extract
- salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes.
- Add the flour and the salt in another bowl, then pour the egg mixture in and stir.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir.
- Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven at 460ºF.
- Grease the madeleines molds.
- Add the baking powder into the cold mixture and stir.
- Fill in the madeleines molds at 3/4th of the heights.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
