Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 7 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange blossom water
  • 1 cup chopped pistacchios
  • rose syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sugar, corn starch and few onces of milk.
  • Heat the rest of the milk with the orange blossom water.
  • When the milk is hot, add in the corn starch mixture.
  • Place some chopped pistacchios in the bottom of verrines
  • Pour the milk onto the pistacchios in the verrines.
  • Let is cool down in the fridge for few hours.
  • Decorate with rose syrup and few pistacchios.
