Mix the sugar, corn starch and few onces of milk.
Heat the rest of the milk with the orange blossom water.
When the milk is hot, add in the corn starch mixture.
Place some chopped pistacchios in the bottom of verrines
Pour the milk onto the pistacchios in the verrines.
Let is cool down in the fridge for few hours.
Decorate with rose syrup and few pistacchios.
