Equipment

  • Griddle pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 oz milk

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter.
  • Sift together the flour, baking powder and sugar.
  • Add the eggs and mix.
  • Add the melted butter and mix.
  • Add the milk, little by little, while mixing.
  • Let aside in the fridge for 1 hour (or overnight).
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle pan over medium heat.
  • Scoop the batter onto the pan.
  • Cook until it is brown on both sides.
