Mahalabia
Ingredients
- 4 cups whole milk
- 7 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp orange blossom water
- 1 cup chopped pistacchios
- rose syrup
Instructions
- Mix the sugar, corn starch and few onces of milk.
- Heat the rest of the milk with the orange blossom water.
- When the milk is hot, add in the corn starch mixture.
- Place some chopped pistacchios in the bottom of verrines
- Pour the milk onto the pistacchios in the verrines.
- Let is cool down in the fridge for few hours.
- Decorate with rose syrup and few pistacchios.
