Almond Chocolate Pear Tart
Ingredients
- 3 cans of pears
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup almond powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 7 oz heavy cream
- 1 puff pastry sheet
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 400º Fahrenheit.
- Roll out the puff pastry in a tart pan.
- Melt the chocolate with one tablespoon of heavy cream.
- Spread the chocolate on the crust.
- Drain the pears and arrange them in a fancy manner over the chocolate.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, the eggs, the almond powder, and the rest of the heavy cream.
- Pour the mixture on the tart from the center.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
