Ingredients
  

  • 3 cans of pears
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup almond powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 7 oz heavy cream
  • 1 puff pastry sheet

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 400º Fahrenheit.
  • Roll out the puff pastry in a tart pan.
  • Melt the chocolate with one tablespoon of heavy cream.
  • Spread the chocolate on the crust.
  • Drain the pears and arrange them in a fancy manner over the chocolate.
  • In a bowl, mix the sugar, the eggs, the almond powder, and the rest of the heavy cream.
  • Pour the mixture on the tart from the center.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
