Far Breton
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted prunes
- 1 cup flour
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 300º Fahrenheit.
- Heat the milk in a saucepan.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, the flour, the salt, and the eggs.
- Add the milk in and whisk until it's liquid.
- Grease the pan.
- Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Add the prunes.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
