Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 brioche bread
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • In a big bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Put some of the butter on a pan over medium heat.
  • Dip one side of the brioche bread in the mixture, then after about a minute, flip to the other side.
  • Wait one more minute and it is done! You can take it out and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 apples
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 tbsp softened butter
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350º Fahrenheit.
  • Peel apples and cut them into cubes and spread them out evenly in a dish. Add the optional cinnamon.
  • Place the flour, the sugar, and the butter in a bowl and mix with your hands until clumps form.
  • Spread the flour, sugar, and butter mixture over the apples, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups strong espresso
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 45 ladyfingers
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese

Instructions
 

  • Beat the mascarpone cheese and the milk.
  • Whisk the yolks and half of the sugar for 5 minutes. Then, pour into the mascarpone cheese and milk mixture. Beat until combined.
  • Whip the heavy cream and the vanilla extract until peaks form. Then, mix this mixture with the mascarpone cheese mixture.
  • Beat the egg whites, the salt, and the sugar into stiff peaks. Then, fold it into the mascarpone cheese mixture.
  • Split the ladyfingers into two equal groups and dip each side of each ladyfingers in a group into the espresso. Then, place in a dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Repeat step 5 and 6 but place them in the same dish.
  • Refrigerate for 1 day.
  • Sift the cocoa powder all over the top.
  • Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  • Melt the chocolate over a pot of simmering water, until it reaches a temperature of 120ºF.
  • Let the chocolate slightly cool down (no less than 90ºF).
  • Whisk the egg yolks with a tbsp of sugar.
  • In parallel, beat the eff whites to stiff peaks, with a tbsp of sugar.
  • Add the yolks in the melted chocolate.
  • Fold in the beaten egg whites.
  • Spoon the mixture into serving cups.
  • Refrigirate for at least 4 hours.
