Easter Cupcakes

Cupckaes
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
Topping
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Prepare the cupcakes
Preheat the oven at 375ºF.
Line the muffin baking pan with papers.
Whisk the softened butter and the sugar.
Add the eggs one by one and whisk in between.
Add the milk.
Incorporate the flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla extract.
Pour into the muffin baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Prepare the topping
Beat the butter for 2 minutes.
Add the sugar, cocoa powder, milk, salt and vanilla.
Start beating on low speed and gradually increase to medium speed.
Pour the mixture into a piping bag and decorate the cupcakes.
