Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 350ºF.
  • Heat the milk in a large saucepan until bubbles form.
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Once the milk is hot, pour it into the eggs while mixing.
  • Once combined, pour the mixture in a dish.
  • Place the dish in a large roasting pan filled with water.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
