Easter Cupcakes
This is the perfect dessert for Easter!

- muffin baking pan
Ingredients
Cupckaes
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
Topping
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare the cupcakes
- Preheat the oven at 375ºF.
- Line the muffin baking pan with papers.
- Whisk the softened butter and the sugar.
- Add the eggs one by one and whisk in between.
- Add the milk.
- Incorporate the flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla extract.
- Pour into the muffin baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
Prepare the topping
- Beat the butter for 2 minutes.
- Add the sugar, cocoa powder, milk, salt and vanilla.
- Start beating on low speed and gradually increase to medium speed.
- Pour the mixture into a piping bag and decorate the cupcakes.
