Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  • Melt the chocolate over a pot of simmering water, until it reaches a temperature of 120ºF.
  • Let the chocolate slightly cool down (no less than 90ºF).
  • Whisk the egg yolks with a tbsp of sugar.
  • In parallel, beat the eff whites to stiff peaks, with a tbsp of sugar.
  • Add the yolks in the melted chocolate.
  • Fold in the beaten egg whites.
  • Spoon the mixture into serving cups.
  • Refrigirate for at least 4 hours.

  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 325ºF.
  • Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and the salt.
  • In a bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until it is well blended.
  • Add the eggs in the bowl and mix.
  • Add the sifted ingredients into the mix.
  • Add the vanilla extract and the chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.

Flourless Chocolate Cake

This is the first recipe I am publicly releasing on Youtube, and I hope you will like it. I chose to bake a gluten free chocolate cake because I have a friend that does not eat gluten. Even if you can eat gluten, I recommend you to try this recipe because it is really good!

  • 8-inch cake pan
  • sieve
  • bowl
  • saucepan
  • spatula
  • parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 360ºF.
  • Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bowl over a pot of simmering water.
  • Sift in the cocoa powder.
  • Add the eggs, the sugar, the salt and the vanilla. Mix well.
  • Grease a cake pan with butter and line with parchment paper.
  • Pour the mixture into the cake pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool down then top it with cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
