Ingredients
  

Cupckaes

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Topping

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prepare the cupcakes

  • Preheat the oven at 375ºF.
  • Line the muffin baking pan with papers.
  • Whisk the softened butter and the sugar.
  • Add the eggs one by one and whisk in between.
  • Add the milk.
  • Incorporate the flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla extract.
  • Pour into the muffin baking pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.

Prepare the topping

  • Beat the butter for 2 minutes.
  • Add the sugar, cocoa powder, milk, salt and vanilla.
  • Start beating on low speed and gradually increase to medium speed.
  • Pour the mixture into a piping bag and decorate the cupcakes.
