Cannelés are French pastries that are very tasty.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 yolks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

The First Day

  • Boil the milk and the butter.
  • Whisk the flour, the sugar, the eggs, and the vanilla extract.
  • Add the milk and butter mixture into the flour, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract mixture.
  • Place in the fridge for 24-48 hours

The Second Day

  • Remove from the fridge one hour before baking.
  • Preheat the oven at 520º F.
  • Pour the mixture into molds, at about 3/4 of the height.
  • Bake for 5 minutes at 520º F, then bake for 45 minutes at 350º F.
  • Remove the cannelés from the molds while they are still hot.
  • Enjoy!
